Branding: panacea or poison?
We need to move from the age of the consumer to the age of the citizen, says Jon Alexander of the New Citizenship Project.
But is branding stuck in the consumer era - indeed, one of its most potent weapons? Is it, as Jon says, often ‘poisonous’? Or can it have a positive future in the citizen era?
