Idea for May 2021: ubuntu

My idea of the month is ubuntu

A word from Nguni Bantu meaning (something like) ‘I am because we are’. As individuals, we get our meaning from the collective humanity that we’re part of. More here from Wikipedia. (It’s also a Linux-based computer operating system.)

My image of the month is cherry blossom

Just round the corner from home, pink on deep blue, as the tree just starts to come into flower.
